Downloading and using new PowerPoint templates, must be Online when performing this task
Click on File and Click on New
From the Panel on the right side, Under templates section, Select Templates on Office Online
This will start up the Browser and will Open Office Online, Scroll down to the Template categories
In this example I am scrolling down to Presentations and Under Presentations click on Academic
A new web page will be displayed, scroll thru the different Templates and select the one you need
In this example I am going to select “Classroom expectations”, very important before selecting your template, under the template there is a Version, make sure the template works with your version of MS Office
Select the Template by left click once on the Template
A new Web page will be displayed, From this page click on Download Now
The template will be download and will be in your PowerPoint and ready to use…
