The best way to get an overview understanding of EIT functions is our natural workgroup divisions. These are not formalized groups, but functional teams. The EIT office managers route phone calls and emails to the generic unit email account to an appropriate staff memeber. 2. By the use of emails to specific FogBugz (help desk ticketing software) accounts. Each FogBugz account has a specific EIT staff memeber assigned to respond. The need for a more formal Help Desk operation has been recognized and added to the unit stragetic plan.
